Both gentlemen worked quickly and efficiently to install high voltage wiring to a shed over 120ft away from the house and two low voltage conduits to a jacuzzi and outdoor BBQ grill. He immediately picked up, listened to the issue, provided some possible issues, and said he could have someone out the next day! Once agreed, Alex sent me a text with a time and date that he would be arriving. Alex arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. “I can't say enough great things about the experience I had with this electric service call. Matthew was super positive, knowledgeable and explained everything he found and why it probably failed. The last electrician that installed the electric socket/receptacle, used sub par materials and the connections weren't even making a solid connection in the breaker box! Everything was jammed in there and melted and wires just broke off when they opened the receptacle up! I was shocked, I could have had a fire. I feel SUPER confident after having Matthew and Jay replace everything. This is an outlet for a ceramic kiln, so I need for it to be safe. Now I won't worry because I know they used quality materials and did quality work! HIGHLY recommend this company for your electric needs.”
